Humboldt Seed Organization’s, “Very Cherry” is VERY-CHERRY to say the least! After sorting through some 40 females, I finally found a killer red-stemmed phenotype with a very nice stout branching structure that carried forward its red hues to the mature flowers. The resin production was a bit subdued, but still this was really one sexy plant!
One Love male carries forward the short, stocky, solid flowers and some of the dankest, hard-diesel oil-fuel terps I have ever encountered, selected for its incredible terpenes, flavors, and a truly devastating high! However, it has that copious resin production and blistering potency we all have grown to love, so this was a no brainer match, made in heaven!
In fact, the two lines paired very nicely to create a medium form factor, yet robust “cherry tree” that produced an epic mix of fresh cherry fruit flavors – and overwhelming cherry GAS! The cherry-gas is almost cloying, but it leaves its foot off the pedal enough to enjoy the smoke (and the buzz), unlike some of the One Love hybrids. (You just cannot make this stuff up!)
Expect an 8-week run time with no worries about the late season molds!
